I would like to offer up my pop star Maia Morales to do the theme song. Works for me! It'd probably have to be from Season 2 though to match up with the history of the two meeting after the show first aired lol.

"Ohhh, coffee...." Caffine Time! Sunny smiled as she listened to the interesting facts about the colour purple. They were certainly probably true, Sunny thought. She remembered being on a talk show once and the host telling her that oddly, pink had once been a 'boy' colour, because red was used to identify male babies, but lack of good dying technology meant it faded quickly to pink. Sunny thought that was silly.
Pink was clearly a GIRL colour.
When she explained that if Sunny declared pink a royal colour that only she could wear pink, she looked aghast and horrified. "Ohmigod! I'm not a monster! Like, EVERYBODY should get to wear pink! Not nobody!" She explained, shocked and horrified by that possibility. "Ohh, maybe I'd make it a rule that EVERYBODY has to wear pink?" Sunny suggested playfully, with a smile at the idea. She knew some people who would hate that, but they'd look SOOOO good!
"I guess." She smiled to the suggestion of only needing two or three close friends. "We're friends now, right? So I'm nearly there!" She beamed. Maia went on to outline how most villains were evil, which Sunny could understand why somebody would believe, but for once, Sunny wasn't the naive one in the conversation. "I dunno, I've busted lots of bad guys. Most are just, like, dumb thieves who don't really know better. They're like, not EVIL. Just kinda poor and stupid. I don't think most really wanna hurt people. Not like the girl who stabbed me..." She trailed off a little, trying not to think about her injury or the pain. There were some memories she just didn't want to dwell on.
Sunny couldn't hide her glee or pride at hearing that Maia's god-daughter loved her show. She thought Maia was a little young to have a god-daughter, but then again, Sunny was such a ditz she wasn't entirely sure she knew what the term meant. "Oh, yay! I love having fans! I should do, like, a signed picture of myself for her or something!" She suggested cheerfully, because of course Sunny loved spreading her fame. "I mean, I don't like, voice myself in the show, 'cause I'm like, uh, not great at it, but Aly, who does, is like my only friend, and she's great!" She smiled.
"Great! I'm gonna get booking some of the restaurants! They get all booked up WAY in advance! Ohmigod, did you know you can eat in the Cinderella Castle and meet the princesses and everything!? I'm gonna book us a table there!" She said, her eyes lighting up as her hands flew to her phone and the pre-installed Disneyworld app (because of COURSE Sunny had the pre-installed Disneyworld app...).

"Ohmigod! Bestie!" We're Best Friends Now!! Sunny's social circles were usually full of two types of people; the superficial, vain and wealthy who had no reason to deal with Sunny's... extremities and could see her as a threat for attention, and those people who had to deal with people who were superficial, vain and wealthy all the time and therefore were extremely sick and tired of people like Sunny before even meeting her. It was therefore a pleasant surprise when Alice remained friendly and nice with her, and it seemed that her foolish over-eagerness hadn't ruined anything. In fact, Alice still wanted to go shopping with her, which was super exciting! "You're the best!" She reached across and grabbed Alice in an intense, perfume soaked hug, before releasing her with a squeal to look back at the road. "I promise, we can be quick! I won't even stop in any of the perfume stores!" She exclaimed, with an air that suggested this was an incredibly shocking, unbelievable feat. For Sunny it actually was. She couldn't remember the last time she had been to the mall and not come out with at least four new perfumes... "You promise not to be TOO mean, right? Can I still have heels?" Sunny asked hopefully. Not wearing heels was an utterly alien thought to her. They pulled into the mall car park, and soon enough Sunny parked up. Well, 'soon enough' for Sunny's standards. There was a lot of reversing and straightening before she finally got the car parked. Apparently spatial awareness and smooth parking were not in Sunny's skill sets. In her defence, she usually flew to the mall, after all... She climbed out, and gestured for Alice to follow her. "Okay! So, like, where do we start? Ohh, where do you normally buy your clothes?" She asked hopefully, wondering what the answer would be. Despite her wealth, Sunny was happy to shop anywhere that sold cheerful, pink, girly clothes. She wasn't a slave to designer labels like, say, Alyson, her best friend. She just loved anything 'girly', so she was confident she could find something similar in the shops Alice liked. "Like, you two are gonna love each other!" BESTIE TEAM UP! Sunny listened with genuine interest as Aly told her all about the facial she had just had, and had already decided she'd have to get one herself even before Aly offered to take her along. 'My treat' meant very little among the two ridiculously wealthy blondes, but it was still a nice gesture and way of making sure Sunny would come. "That sounds AH-MAZ-ING!" Sunny said with all the dramatic flair one might expect from a girl like her. "But, uh, like, no champagne for me. It's kinda bad for my image to be caught drinking." She explained. She was, after all, the goody two shoes girly superhero. She wasn't supposed to ever be seen having alcohol. Plus while Sunny had sampled wine while in France, she thought alcohol tasted funny and didn't understand why everybody liked it so much. She totally picked up on Aly's raised eyebrow as meaning why hadn't she filled Alice in on their plan. This in itself was a feat for Sunny, who was usually so ditzy anything not immediately spelled out for her would fly completely over her head, but in this instance it was because she was used to this. Aly was the one who organised everything down to the last meticulous detail. Sunny, on the other hand? Well, she generally just did whatever took her attention at any one time. She had been likened to an overly-excitable puppy before. Making plans with Sunny was all very well and good, but if you passed a store with a sale on or a cute looking kitty she was immediately distracted and derailed. So she just offered Aly a tiny shrug and smile at not having a plan at all. "That all sounds like, super great!" Sunny said enthusiastically. The Rooftop was one of Sunny's favourites too. Much like Alyson, she never really encountered much difficulty with reservations. She looked over at Alice though. Hm. That could be a problem. The rooftop, well, while it was pretty exclusive, it was still public. And Sunny was, well, she was Sunny Slater. Everybody knew Sunny Slater. Seeing her with a blue haired mysterious girl who nobody knew... Well, that might cause problems. Because they'd doubtlessly draw lines between Alice and Paladin. Ugh, why did Alice have to have such distinctive hair? That was unfair. It was obviously Sunny's fault for being so pretty nobody could ignore her. "Buuuut, like, uh, what if we had lunch at the mansion? Chef has this new recipe he really wants to try out, and like, we could sunbathe by the pool afterwards!" Sunny suggested enthusiastically. It wasn't entirely like Sunny to have her own ideas rather than just wing things as they happened with Aly, since she was usually more than happy to follow Aly's suggestions, but going somewhere less public seemed like a good idea. "And you know, like, it might be nice to spend the day out of the spotlight? Like, I was already photographed on my way here in this outfit, and I'd hate for them to put pics up of me at the restaurant too and it look like I wore the same outfit twice." That was, for Sunny, a legitimate concern! Alice Morrow Alyson Strauss "Yuck! Grass!" ulla

"Uh like, I totes don't need training." Ew, this better not ruin my nails! Sunny went to reply when Aoi pointed out about her having plenty more money she could give away, but her mouth hung open and then closed again. Technically speaking, Aoi was right. Sunny did have plenty more money. But she still didn't think it was right, just tearing money up. Especially in a public park. Her mother always warned her about appearing too spoiled in public, and at least anybody watching would of seen Gravity Girl take a stand against such behaviour. An apology from Aoi was the last thing she was expecting, even if it wasn't quite a proper apology. She blamed the 'hero program' for Sunny, which Sunny didn't really think was fair. Regardless of how Aoi felt about her, Sunny was an inspiring presence. People loved her and looked up to her. It didn't matter if she was a bit, well, girly, that just made her a memorable, well known presence, right? Even the cops liked her! At least, some of them did. She'd taken lots of selfies with cops! She bet Aoi had never taken a selfie with a cop in her life, and yet here she was, lecturing Sunny on how to not talk about them. Like Sunny didn't know or respect them! She always did! She'd even done that Youtube PSA for supporting your local police force. God, it was like Aoi didn't even subscribe to her Youtube channel... She winced a little as Aoi tossed her boots aside. Of course, Sunny had a wardrobe full of similar and identical boots. Not that usually she'd ever recommend owning a copy of more than one outfit; some things simply weren't done when you could offer variation instead, but her superhero outfit was a different situation. She needed lots of spares. What if her costume got dirty on a mission? She couldn't been seen in the photographs as having a messy costume! She had to have a spare one, ready to change into it at a moment's notice... "Those are designer..." She pouted as her boots were thrown aside though, because even with spares, Sunny couldn't stand to see mindless destruction delivered to innocent designer footwear. "They're my costume boots! I wear them with my costume! I'm not replacing them!" She said firmly, even if she knew Aoi wasn't exactly alone in the world of critics who pointed out her boots were anything but practical. That wasn't the point. They weren't MEANT to be practical. Besides, she could fly. She wrinkled her nose as her bare feet touched the floor. Ew. It felt horrible. And it hurt her calves a little. Sunny basically lived in high heels. Well, more than 'basically'. She couldn't remember the last time wearing flats, or even going barefoot, and her legs didn't feel right without a heel now. "Um, okay, so, uh..." Sunny slowly got down on to her knees, bent to do a push-up. Of course, she had the form totally wrong, and stayed with her knees bent, in what many knew as kiddie or 'easy' push-ups. With noticeable, obvious strain, she did one, and then a second one. "Uh, can I stop now?" She asked hopefully. Aoi Sato "Yuck! Grass!" ulla

GRAVITY GIRL: THE ANIMATED SERIESFunded and supported by her mother, Sunny Slater, aka: Gravity Girl has her own animated cartoon series. Aimed at young girls, with the help of special friends (and talking animals), Gravity Girl fights to protect the Sunshine Shopping Mall and all things girly girl from evil super villains (and big meanies!) Anybody can contribute! If you wish to add an episode or character or location or other thing, please feel free! Just remember, it's meant to be kiddie (and funny!). Characters based on other characters on the site that Sunny might encounter are fine, but if you want the character in the show to be the actual character, remember that they'd have to accept their licence/copyright being handed over to the animated show production company. Also, if real superheroes appear, their secret identities won't appear on screen!Characters:
Heroes:Gravity Girl - The star of the show. Gravity Girl, GG, or Gigi as she's sometimes known, is the world's girliest superhero! Obsessed with the colour pink, shopping and all things girly, including make-up and perfume, she loves to spend her days shopping or getting make-overs, but usually finds herself interrupted by bad guys. She's brave and sweet and not quite as vain or clueless as the real Sunny Slater, although the show can still portray her as a bit of a ditz for jokes and to make plots happen. She's always ready with a compliment or to be super nice to people, and believes the power of friendship can solve anything (which it can, it's that kind of show). (Although Sunny's identity is public, the series producers decided that superheroes having two identities might confuse young children, so she is very rarely referenced as Sunny, only when editors slip up.) Voiced by Alyson Strauss(An unaired pilot exists where Sunny tried to voice the character herself, but it was a disaster). Gareth the Gravity Gerbil - Sunny's pet gerbil who by total coincidence has the same gravity powers as she does and can talk for some reason. The show never bothered explaining how. He's white and usually wears a pink cape. Being a boy, he often moans about the pink cape but GG makes him wear it. He's overly excitable, and often dives in to situations to prove himself 'manly', and then immediately gets in trouble and needs rescuing. Arthur Richmond - A kind, sweet gentleman who always wears suits, appears refined, and is smitten with Gravity Girl. He's suave, charming and sophisticated, and always complementing Gravity Girl. He's secretly a prince from Europe who fell in love with GG after seeing her on the news, and has disguised himself so that he can get to know her as an ordinary person. He's not at all Sunny's fantasy boyfriend that she made her Mom put in the show. Ali - Gravity Girl's best friend, with punk green hair. She's tough and capable, but doesn't always understand GG's obsessions. Stories with her usually end with her being taught the joys of whatever girly thing GG is currently obsessed with for the episode. Villains:
Anti-Gravity Girl - Created when GG and friends found a strange magic mirror, and it created an evil magical duplicate. Anti-Gravity Girl possesses all the abilities of Gravity Girl, but is evil, likes to destroy things, is mean, and hates the colour pink. She wears a black and silver version of Gravity Girl's costume. The Human Gymnasium - A physical trainer who got struck by lightning while lifting weights, and is now obsessed with forcing everybody to work out, ALL the time. Even if it makes them sweaty and gross! He's super strong and never sleeps, and is determined to make GG exercise all the time, even when she's, like, totally happy with her body and it's making her sweat and exercise is gross, thanks! The Tomboy - Part girl, part cat, all tomboy. She hates everything girly. EVERYTHING. She won't be happy until there's not an ounce of make-up or hairspray or perfume left in the world, and actively seeks to destroy everything GG holds dear. The Mud Monster - A living being made purely of mud. Ruiner of clothes everywhere. Hides on the ground so that GG steps in it when she's not looking and ruins her boots. How evil. Other Things:The Perfume Palace - Gravity Girl's secret hideout. Imagine the Fortress of Solitude if instead of being made out of crystals, it was made out of crystalised perfume. Everything is pink. The Gravity Mobile - A sporty pink convertible that will turn in to a sleek crime fighting machine at the push of a button. No, GG doesn't need a car, but it sells toys. The Sunshine Shopping Mall - The best, coolest, girliest place in the world! Full of clothes shops, cosmetics shops, and so on. Occasionally the show might have a record shop or something pop up in there occasionally if Sunny needs to encounter a character who doesn't move in her girly girl world, but usually curiously it's just the type of shops Sunny likes. Episodes:Attack of the Human Gym - The Human Gymnasium targets Gravity Girl, waking her up early every day, forcing her to exercise and not letting her have any time shopping. Worried she's getting sweaty and gross, with the power of her friends, she turns the argument back on the Human Gymnasium that he's only so obsessed with working out because he's insecure with his body, and everybody should be happy with who they are, causing him to surrender. Gossip Gravity Girl - Everybody gets a new app on their cellphones that lets them share messages about each other, even if they aren't true! GG and her friends at first all love sharing information, but soon people start making up lies, and they spread really far! Too late, GG discovers it's an evil plot from The Tomboy who knows the girls are all addicted to their phones, and it will make them all fall out and stop being friends. And once they're not friends, GG will have nobody to go to the mall with anymore! GG saves the day when she gives a big speech to everybody convincing everybody that it's better to hang out in person than stare at your cellphone all day, and everybody puts their phones down and go to the mall with her, foiling The Tomboy's plan. Festival Fun - Ali persuades GG to go to a rock festival, but she really doesn't want to go. She hates camping and it's muddy. On the way there, everything goes wrong. The Gravity Mobile gets stuck in the mud, GG's shoes get ruined so she has to float everywhere, and she spends her entire time whining about the dirt. Ali tries to convince her she shouldn't be scared of a bit of mud, but it quickly turns out that the Mud Monster is lurking on the festival site, and it swallows up the festival goers. Only GG escapes because she was already flying to keep her feet out of the filth. All her efforts to defeat him fail however, because she refuses to get muddy. Eventually he catches her with a mud spray and she crashes to the ground, where she discovers all the festival goers are still having fun and enjoying themselves even though they're dirty. She learns that it doesn't matter if you get a bit muddy if you're with friends and having a good time, and the Mud Monster fails to ruin their day. Days of Girly Past - Anti-Gravity Girl returns and Gareth wants to help fight her! GG insists he stays at home and goes off to fight her on her own. When fighting Anti-Gravity Girl, GG hits her with one of her patented gravity punches just at the exact same time as Anti-Gravity girl throws the same punch of her own. The resulting explosion sends GG 30 years in to the future, where the world is now a barren wasteland. She learns from an older, part cyborg, part gerbil Gareth that without GG around the entire world fell in to ruin. Future Gareth says he's invented a time machine out of his hamster wheel (yes, he has a hamster wheel) and offers to help her defeat Anti-Gravity Girl. GG insists on being sent back and not involving him, but they end up punching each other again and she ends up stuck in the future again. Eventually, she agrees to hear Gareth's plan, who has developed an Anti-Anti-Gravity field that will work on Anti-Gravity Girl, but it's only the right size for a Gerbil to use and he can't travel back to the past with her. As such, GG has to go back in time, and let past Gareth help her, learning that she should always accept the help of her friends to defeat her enemies, and she doesn't need to do anything alone.

"Ohhh, coffee...." Caffine Time! "Ohhh, it is?" Sunny asked when Maia told her purple was associated with royalty. Of course Sunny didn't know that herself, but she was a huge ditz. "If I was a princess, I'd still have everything in pink." Sunny declared, although some would argue she basically was a princess, just without, well, an actual royal title. She was certainly as spoiled as a princess should be, and 'princess' was a common thing for people to call her. Again, the fact that it was a type of insult went completely over her head.
"Oh, um, that's great though." She smiled when Maia said she had a group of close friends and that she wanted to surround herself only with people she trusted. "I don't, um, I like, I don't have many friends." Sunny admitted awkwardly. "I dunno why, I'm like, SUPER friendly, but like, people get fed up with me after a while and kinda, don't wanna hang out anymore. Even in school, I mean, I was rich, I was pretty, but like, people seemed to just... like, treat me like a joke." She said a bit miserably. It was true Sunny had problems making friends. It wasn't that she wasn't nice. In fact, Sunny was something of a sweetheart, kind, loving, even thoughtful in her way, but she was also ridiculously vain, an unbelievable ditz, and spent most of her time fussing about her appearance. The fact she practically bathed in perfume probably didn't help either. Either way, people seemed to mostly get fed up with her rather extreme, over-the-top girly girl personality after a little while.
Her smile faltered again a bit when she mentioned how evil the person who Sunny had fought was. That was what her psychiatrist had told her too. That Sunny couldn't blame herself for the evils of another person. That a person who was fundamentally good, even good filtered through a spoiled prism like Sunny, could never prepare themselves to think like a person who wasn't. That Sunny should be proud that her mind didn't work that way, that she couldn't twist her thoughts to predict or think like a person who wanted to harm others. That yes, Sunny might of been naive in trusting her, but naive wasn't a bad thing. It only showed that Sunny had a good heart. It was a lesson she was still trying to learn. "Yeah. She was... evil. Just, evil." Sunny agreed with a small nod. She still didn't understand it herself. She still had no idea how to respond to somebody so awful. Or how anybody could do those things. Sunny could never imagine harming anybody.
"Oh, you're definitely classy!" Sunny agreed. "I mean, I'm like, LITERALLY a supermodel and I still wish I could pull off the sexy looks you do!" Sunny said enthusiastically. "They thought about it when they made my animated show! Some of the costume redesigns they did for that, I had a bare midriff! But in the end they went for an even more, like, conservative look than I wear in real life!" She explained. The animated show was, after all, aimed at young girls. Sunny liked her design in it, it was cute, although it wasn't as good as her real life costume, in her opinion.
When Maia agreed to go to Disney World, Sunny's eyes lit up. "You gotta come with me! I'll, like, show you it all! We'll have an amazing time, I promise! Plus, like, when I tried to act, I was on the Disney Channel, so like, they know me there." Not that they didn't know her anyway, as Sunny visited very very often, and often in full star mode, flying down to the main entrance and everything. That did tend to cause a scene. Even in the Happiest Place on Earth, seeing a person descend from the sky and land at the main gate to scan their season pass drew attention and stuck in people's memories...

"Ohmigod! Bestie!" We're Best Friends Now!! Sunny slowly drove the car out of the garage, trying to look at ease but truthfully a little uncomfortable. It wasn't that she couldn't drive, of course she could, she had passed driver's ed and everything, but, well, she didn't drive very often. If she was needing to arrive somewhere by car she usually was being driven and if not she could fly, but since this was a private escapade she couldn't call her driver to take them very easily, and she was at least excited to show her car off to Alice. She smiled across to Alice as Alice explained she'd rather do her own shopping. "Ohhh, that IS way more fun!" She admitted, before quickly returning her eyes to the road with a slightly nervous yelp. Yes, okay, watch the road Sunny. Then a miracle happened. Maybe it was because Sunny was forced to concentrate on driving, so her mind wasn't drifting off in to a wonderland of cosmetics and pink outfits, but she seemed to actually, for once, pick up slight hesitance in Alice's voice, and realised that maybe, just maybe, Alice wasn't SUPER down with her brilliant idea. "Hey, um, you get to dress ME up like YOU too, remember? That'll be fun!" She remarked, because somehow imagining Sunny in hoodies and sneakers was as unimaginable as Alice being in pink. She paused, however, feeling slightly guilty. She realised that Alice had come to her to try and help her out, to be that friend Sunny never had, and Sunny had just hijacked everything and turned it in to a shopping trip, which Alice never wanted. Slowly, she got the creeping feeling this might be why she never had many friends... She looked a bit guiltily over at Alice. "Uh, sorry. I... I um, like, kinda get carried away sometime. We don't have to go shopping." It wasn't like she couldn't just go shopping tomorrow, anyway, was it? "You... You don't know how much it, like, means to me that you came to see me, and you wanted to take me out and stuff. I... I didn't mean to get all carried away and ruin it for you. You don't, like, have to do anything you're uncomfortable with. I promise." She said, trying to be supportive. Trying to be a friend. "I-I mean, I still totally need an outfit, right? B-but, uh, well, I-I guess... I can be quick." She said this as if it was a totally foreign concept to her. "I-I mean, sometimes, people are quick in shops right? They go in, they just like, buy ONE thing, and then they come out?" She went on, as if explaining some strange alien behaviour she had only ever heard about on television. "W-we could do that. You can even like, pick my outfit! 'cause like, whatever I pick will never be right!" She added chirpily, hoping it would go some way to repairing the damage she was afraid she had done to their friendship. Alice Morrow "Do you like my room!?" ulla

"Uh like, I totes don't need training." Ew, this better not ruin my nails! Sunny certainly hadn't expected the nastiness from Aoi all of a sudden. She had ripped up the $100 bill and explained what she had meant, which Sunny herself thought was rude. Yes, Sunny was clueless about the real value of money, being too wealthy to care, but $100 was a lot to some people, wasn't it? Like, didn't it buy like, some groceries? Wasn't a pint of milk about $100? Sunny wasn't sure. She'd never done grocery shopping in her life. But it seemed like people would appreciate that money, and ripping it up was a waste. "Hey!" She protested. "You could of like, just given that to somebody. I'm sure they'd of appreciated it." She said sheepishly, watching the torn up bill flutter away. And they said she was spoiled. She'd never tear up money. She knew she had a lot, but she knew better than to just openly waste it like that. "Well, that's dumb. How am I meant to give you a push up?" Sunny asked, letting out a slight giggle of amusement, apparently still not understanding the phrase. However, before she could dwell on that, Aoi was yelling in her face, her spit even flying at Sunny. Of course, luckily, Sunny automatically put up her gravity field, meaning the spit was just condensed, crushed and fell to the floor rather than touching her skin, but it was still gross enough to make Sunny wrinkle her nose and let out a small 'ew'. Still Aoi yelled, and Sunny thought she'd totally missed the point. "Uh, like, I said it WASN'T their fault!" She said back, a little angrily herself. She didn't like this woman, she didn't like being yelled at, and she didn't like how little she seemed to understand her. "The only person who's fault it is was the evil person who did all the killing! Nobody, like, else!" She insisted. It was what her therapist kept telling her. She couldn't take the blame for the actions of an evil person. You couldn't be prepared for somebody that twisted unless you thought like them too, and Sunny never would. "You're right, I AM a good person." Sunny said a little defiantly. "'cause, y'know what? If I was a BAD person, I'd of stopped her without her hurting anybody. 'cause I'm one of the most powerful superheroes on the planet. If I activated my powers the right way, I could punch her heart out and send it down the city block before she could blink. She wouldn't, like, hurt another soul. But she'd be dead. I'd have, like, totally killed her, without a trial, without questioning, without even trying to understand. I got stabbed by her not 'cause I didn't have the power or the skill. She didn't hurt me 'cause she BEAT me physically. She hurt me 'cause I trusted her at the wrong time. 'cause she, like, tricked me. 'cause, yeah, I'm a good person. And like, I'm not ready to be a BAD person. Even if it means doing this job properly. I wanna be me. I trust people. I gotta. I can't believe everybody is evil like her. So the next bad guy I meet, I'm still not gonna punch their guts out, because, like, who's to say they've not got some good in them? I can't be, like, that person. I just can't." She finished, which was, by Sunny's standards, a rather impassioned speech on why she was the way she was. "Ugh, I told you, they're boots, and they're totally part of my costume." Sunny said as she hovered in the air, 'sat' on nothing trying to remove them. "And like, joke's on you. If I'm not allowed to use my powers, I can't even do, like, four push ups, let alone forty." She added, still struggling without a shoe horn to remove her tight thigh high boots. Aoi Sato "Yuck! "Ohhh, coffee...." Caffine Time! Sunny was aware that people usually smiled or laughed when she made comments about preferring things in pink. Her obsession with the colour was pretty well known after all. She was basically considered 'the superhero Barbie' by some less-than-pleasant gossip magazines (although Sunny never understood why being compared to Barbie would be an insult; Barbie was pretty, she was cute, she was fashionable, and best of all, she liked pink; what was wrong with that?). So she didn't really think much of Maia smiling a little at her thoughts on getting the sling in pink. She did, however, smile when she mentioned getting it in purple. "Ohhh! Purple is, like, totally my second favourite colour." She said enthusiastically, beaming her usual happy smile at Maia.
Sunny's smile became a little more uneasy when Maia suggested not having an entourage. That was because Sunny didn't really have one either. Well, not in the traditional sense of an entourage as most celebrities might of meant. An entourage were usually your die-hard friends, right? Sunny didn't actually have many friends. Least not those who would follow her everywhere. It turned out that her rather extreme personality meant that she didn't have many friends. But her Mom was of course always sure to make sure she had people following her. It wouldn't do to show up places without an entourage, after all, right?
"You don't have an entourage? My Mom arranges mine." Sunny explained, a little startled. She'd of thought somebody like Maia Morales always had one. It was nice to know that Sunny wasn't the only celebrity who struggled with friends, she guessed. Except for Aly, and she'd never allow herself to be counted as part of anybody's entourage. "Oh, yeah, um, I am SUPER practical." Sunny said, before letting out a giggle. Even for the ditzy supermodel, it was clear this was a joke, as a lot of people always complained her superhero outfit was anything but practical. Not that she cared. Her gravity powers meant she didn't have to care about practicality.
Sunny's smile faded completely when she asked how she had gotten hurt, if she had a gravity field. Sunny paused, and looked away for a moment, finding it hard to meet her eyes. "I... I used my powers to get the attacker away from the crowd. I flew her up high. But... my powers... They require concentration... I... I didn't think she'd attack me in the air, but she started to choke me, and I was pushing back with my field, and keeping myself in the air, and I didn't.... I like, I just lost concentration for, just, like, a second. And she broke my arm. And then... we fell. I managed to land us, but she was acting like... like she had been hurt, like it was a mind control trick. I tried to help her and she stabbed me. I wasn't ready..." Sunny sighed again, and turned back to face Maia, a pained look on her face. "She tricked me. That's all. I didn't... Like, I didn't... I just didn't expect it." She admitted with a pained sigh.
"Yeah, I guess I should." Sunny agreed with a sigh to getting rid of the scar, although somehow it still didn't feel right to her. In a way, she was punishing herself by keeping it. A painful reminder of the failure she had been. Maybe that was the real reason?
Luckily, the conversation moved back on to fashion and safer ground for Sunny. "Ohmigod, you get nervous about being sexy? But you're like, the sexiest pop star on the planet! I've always got, like, this cute look going, but I never get to do proper 'sexy'." She remarked, surprised that Maia had concerns too. Sunny's Mom always disapproved of her being too sexy. It said it'd ruin her child friendly image. Better to be cute, but not overly sexual, she always insisted.
"Ohmigod, of course there's like, a right way to do it! You gotta get one of the autograph books and meet all the characters and like, get them to sign it, and like, you gotta plan ahead so you know where to meet which characters, and like, you gotta book up way in advance for like, the restaurants and things. You gotta do the Be Our Guest restaurant! I mean, like, the food is nothing special..." Because of course it wasn't by Sunny's standards. "...but like, it's like being IN the film, and like, you get to meet the Beast afterwards and it's amazing!" She went on. "Oh, oh, we should go at Halloween! They have this amazing Halloween fireworks display and you get free candy and like an amazing parade it's not scary at all!" She explained with all the enthusiasm of a four year old, her eyes alight with Disney joy.

"Like, you two are gonna love each other!" BESTIE TEAM UP! Sunny enthusiastically hugged Aly as she arrived, beaming a big smile back at her. Of course, Sunny always smiled when she saw Aly, but if one thing made Sunny smile bigger than meeting her best friend, it was having her outfit complimented, so both those things in one? She was thrilled. "Ohmigod, Aly, you look so good! Your skin looks amazing! You're, like, basically glowing!" She enthused, returning the compliment. Somebody smart might of been a little worried about Alice meeting Aly, since Alice had no real experience outside of Sunny with people in Sunny's kind of social circle, but since Sunny didn't know any different, it never occurred to her. She was naive and bubbly, and just assumed that everybody would get along. After all, why wouldn't they? They were both super nice, right? Alice arrived shortly after, and was easy to spot approaching. While she wasn't dressed anywhere near as fashionably as Sunny or Alyson, or, well, fashionably at all, some would say, Sunny had gotten used to her style. Besides, she kinda made it work, Sunny thought. Not that Sunny ever wanted to dress like that again. The two glamorous blondes being greeted by a blue haired street smart looking girl might of flagged alarm bells that there might be some personality clashes, but again, Sunny was completely oblivious. "Alice! Like, hiya!" Sunny moved in to embrace Alice in a hug that necessitated the invention of the word 'perfumey' to accurately describe. It was probably for the best that without using her powers, Sunny was so incredibly physically weak most six year olds could out muscle her because otherwise the enthusiasm of the hug might of been bone crushing. "This is Aly! She's been, like, my friend FOREVER!" Sunny said enthusiastically, even though Aly had already introduced herself. "It's so COOL you two are meeting! I've totally got, like, friends! With an 's'!" Sunny said excitedly. It wasn't that Sunny wasn't friendly. In fact, she was ridiculously so. It was just that her personality was... ...well, it was rather a lot, and people tended to drift away from her after a while, despite how rich and famous she was. It was hard to deal with somebody who spent literally about 80% of their time talking about their own appearance, and the other 20% of the time drowning themselves in perfume. But once you got past that, Sunny was actually an awfully sweet girl, and clearly very excited to have a new friend. Alice Morrow Alyson Strauss "Yuck! Grass!" ulla

"Uh like, I totes don't need training." Ew, this better not ruin my nails! Sunny's attitude suddenly changed when Aoi brought up the events of last year. The deaths that Sunny had always blamed herself for. The truth was that Sunny had really struggled to overcome that and carry on moving forwards, and Aoi bringing it up made her feel like she was just twisting a knife into an open wound. She looked back, full of hurt and offence, and did her best not to cry. "That's... like, that's not how it was." Sunny said, her voice quaking with anguish. "I've spent a long time, like, thinking about it. And, like, I will always blame myself. But not 'cause I didn't do my job. But 'cause, those fans were there to see me. They came to see me and they died, and that's... that's always gonna be 'cause of me. But, it was an ambush. A surprise attack. Like, I don't... I don't think I could of stopped her if I'd been ready. Nobody saw it coming, and like, I got her away from hurting anymore people as soon as I could. Then she hurt me, but she hurt me 'cause I trusted her. I believed in a person when I shouldn't. That's, like, not incompetence. That was love. I... I shouldn't be ashamed of that." She said, even if she was repeating the words her counsellor had said to her. "The police are meant to protect people too, but they died too. Because, because that person who did that. She was evil. And good people, like, they just, aren't ready to handle evil. If I should be ashamed, so should the police, and they shouldn't be, 'cause they were heroes too." Sunny had obviously had a lot of counselling to try and find her confidence again, and while part of her would always blame herself, she had been taught that a bigger part of her should blame her assailant. Failing to protect others hurt, but it was the the fault of the assailant ultimately, not of Sunny's. "I told you, they're not shoes, they're boots. And they're, like, thigh highs. They don't come off easily! I can't just, like, take them off." Sunny explained, sounding a bit exasperated, gesturing to her huge boots. She couldn't easily remove them at all. Not without somewhere to sit down, and preferably somebody to do it for her. She usually had an assistant, and if not, she needed a wedge to help her, as they were on so tight. When ordered to 'drop and give 30', Sunny sighed, putting her feet down on the ground, although balancing carefully to avoid her heels from sinking, and reached in to her purse on her utility belt. "Like, I dunno why I have to give you thirty. Seems kinda mean to me. I mean, like, what if I was poor? Obviously, I'm not, but like, still. Uh, have you got change for a hundred?" She asked, producing a hundred dollar bill, apparently having completely misunderstood what 'give me 30' meant in terms of training. "And uh, I am like, TOTALLY pretty. EVERYBODY says so." She said proudly, still not ready to throw the punch as, well, she didn't want to, and besides, she was waiting for Aoi to take the bill from her. Aoi Sato "Yuck! Grass!" ulla

"Ohmigod! Bestie!" We're Best Friends Now!! Sunny had enthusiastically assured Alice that of course it was okay to keep her bag at her place, and even told her it would be fine if she wanted to sleep over, since they were obviously besties now. In fact, it would be better than fine, and Sunny might of gotten a bit overexcited about the possibility of sleepovers, staying up late watching movies, giving each other facials and talking about boys, as she had seen on dozens of TV shows and in films, but never actually gotten to do in real life... Sunny led Alice down out of the main entrance of the mansion, since her Mom wasn't around. Of course, it was extremely opulent, although perhaps a little more tasteful than Sunny's room. Classical paintings adorned the walls and there were plenty of expensive looking ornaments, but nothing quite as pink or fluffy as Sunny's room, although often there were splashes of pink or Disney, including one particular display cabinet filled with Disney ornaments that, thanks to its pink wooden frame, was clearly Sunny's. She led her outside and around to the garage, which was filled with several classic cars and fancy sports cars, all belonging obviously to her mother. Then, in a corner, were a few different pink cars, including a classical Bentley and a small cute bubble car, but both were obviously in storage as Sunny led Alice to her actual, current car. It was, as Alice had so astutely observed, pink. Very pink. A more modern Bentley, but of course, in perfect baby pink. Sunny opened the door and hopped inside, automatically checking herself in the driver's mirror and freshening up her lip gloss. A totally standard action for her. The inside of her car, being much smaller, smelled even more strongly of Sunny's perfume than her bedroom had. It was obvious that this place was a nexus for Sunny's cosmetic storms. Not that Sunny used the car as much as she probably should; she loved it, but well, she could fly. Driving always took a back seat to that. "Okay, so, like, we can go to the local mall. I know, like, I know, they don't have LOADS of designer places, but sometimes it's just fun to shop for cute clothes, y'know?" She smiled, as if this was some kind of incredibly unusual event. After all, while Sunny's clothing tastes were, well, eccentric, in that everything she owned was pink, she actually wasn't often that bothered about designer labels if the outfit was cute. Of course, designer labels made the cutest outfits, sure, but sometimes going to the mall could be fun too. "Just, um, like, a warning. All my personal shoppers like, totally quit. I KNOW, it's like, SO unfair, but they all refuse to shop for me anymore like, no matter what I pay them. So we're gonna have to like, go on our own." Sunny didn't elaborate why her personal shoppers might of all quit rather than help her out, but anybody knowing Sunny's personality would find it pretty obvious. She may of been a sweet girl, but she was clearly the definition of high maintenance. Alice Morrow "Do you like my room!?" ulla

"Uh like, I totes don't need training." Ew, this better not ruin my nails! Sunny wasn't too sure what had just happened. Only that the perfume bottle that was in her hand was gone, and thrown away, and she was getting told she'd sweat off the rest of her perfume? Like, that was the GROSSEST thing she'd ever heard! Sunny had been STABBED and that was still just about the meanest thing anybody had ever said to her. For a moment, she bore the look of an offended celebrity, as if she couldn't believe anybody would dare talk to her that way, but quickly realising that this wouldn't work, not to mention the fact while Sunny was no stranger to throwing a diva style strop, she did TRY to avoid doing that, she toned it down a little. She was pretty much the sweet and innocent girl she seemed to be, at least when her appearance wasn't being inconvenienced. Besides, she was sure it was all just a misunderstanding. This girl probably didn't know who she was. "Th-that was imported!" She said, aghast for a moment, but the expression quickly fading. "I-I mean, it's like, fine. I've got a back-up bottle. I'm sure one bottle can last me the rest of the day..." Coming from anybody else, it may have been a sarcastic, jokey statement, but something in Sunny's eyes (not to mention the extraordinarily strong scent of perfume in the air) suggested that she might actually be serious... "Oh, did they not tell you who I am?" Sunny asked. It wasn't quite the 'don't you realise who you're talking to' arrogance of some celebrities, but more said in a friendly, light tone of 'what a silly mistake this all is'. "I'm Sunny Slater. Y'know, Gravity Girl?" She pointed to the emblem on her chest. "I don't really do sweaty things, they're kinda gross, and like, I definitely don't do push ups, but it's okay! I'm sure we can find some stuff we can do together!" She said cheerfully, moving quickly past what was obviously a misunderstanding and deciding to get on with what she assumed would be better for her. She landed on the grass, although carefully to avoid her heels sinking, keeping her weight near her toes. And maybe a little of her gravity powers still on to keep her afloat. "Take my... shoes off?" Sunny looked at Aoi like she had just sprouted a second head. "I'm not wearing shoes, silly! These are designer boots made exclusively for my Gravity Girl costume by Louboutin and like, I'm definitely not taking them off and leaving then lying on some silly grass." She was pretty proud of all the designers her Mom had gotten to work on her costume, after all. Nobody else had anything like it. Even if they had tried to argue it was TOO MUCH pink. Sunny had refused to hear about it. Sunny paused, and looked over at her. "Um, do I have to, like, punch without my powers? 'cause, like, um, I can't punch very hard without them. And like, I just got this manicure done, and without my gravity powers protecting me, what if I like, chip a nail or something?" She said, apparently completely missing the point... Aoi Sato "Yuck! "Like, you two are gonna love each other!" BESTIE TEAM UP! Ever since Sunny had become BEST FRIENDS EVER with Alice, she had wanted her to meet her OTHER best friend, Alyson. It was cute, Sunny thought, that they both had such similar names. It was a sign that they'd surely get along perfectly! And besides, Alice liked Sunny, right? So she'd love Alyson! Everybody always said they were so similar most people couldn't tell them apart (which was, like, totally nonsense, Sunny wore way more pink than Aly and liked to wear WAY more perfume, for starters), so it was a sure sign that Alice would like Aly too. Of course, Aly being her other best friend was also meaning that Aly was her ONLY other friend. Sunny, while bubbly, friendly and sweet, always struggled to make friends that lasted very long. She never understood why. After all, she was sweet, she was generous, she was caring, but people just seemed to get fed up with her very quickly. Was it because being in a room with Sunny was like being inside a perfume bottle? Or was it because she'd talk for hours without taking a breath about her favourite brand of lip gloss? Or maybe it was because she couldn't take two steps down the road without stopping for a selfie to immediately Instagram? Could it even be because of her liberal use of the word 'Instagram' as a verb? It's why she had been so thrilled that Alice seemed to be a genuine friend, even WITHOUT Sunny's usual desperate pursuit of friendship. And it's why she had been so excited to invite Alice on a shopping trip with her and Aly. She'd show Alice the best time ever, and then they'd be best friends forever! All three of them! Since Aly couldn't fly, and Alice wouldn't of wanted Sunny giving away her secret identity, Sunny thought it best to arrive by car, and wait to meet the others. Of course, her car was instantly recognisable as, well, Sunny's, since it was a custom very expensive pink Bentley, but if that wasn't enough, Sunny stood outside in a tight pink designer dress, towering pink stiletto sandals, and her Prada designer sunglasses, hair and make-up styled to perfect of course. She was used to waiting for Aly. Just as Aly was used to waiting for her. The rich and beautiful never kept good time, after all. But Sunny thought she'd better show up in time just in case Alice did. Alice was lovely, kind, sweet and brave, but she didn't really... know how to Hollywood, y'know? So Sunny cut her a little slack while she waited, knowing she'd gently have to introduce Alice to how her and Aly did things... Alice MorrowAlyson Strauss"Yuck! Grass!" ulla
