Paladin Am I more than you bargained for yet? | Alice was too busy examining the fit of the dress on Sunny to process what the blonde said. Eventually though, the words penetrated the haze of concentration and stopped her dead. She looked up, confused. "Wait… What?"
She shook her head as if trying to shake water from her hair. "Santa… Oh… OK…"
Alice hadn't seen anyone go in, or come out, apart from Sunny, so how she might have run into Santa in there she had no idea. Eventually she managed to move on from confusion and concentrate on the young woman in front of her properly. The dress she was wearing fit her almost perfectly, and it certainly wasn't something that Sunny would be used to wearing.
"It looks perfect, you'll have the boys fighting over you in no time."
She glanced around, craning her neck as she looked for something to go with it. "We should get a clutch that matches it too."
The longer they could go without Sunny having an opportunity to put Alice in something pink, the better. Eventually she spotted a rack that looked like it contained accessories, several of them were the same shade as the red dress, so Alice grabbed a few and brought them back, keeping Sunny from receiving glares from the fitting room attendant.
"What about these?"

Paladin Am I more than you bargained for yet? | Alice was still wondering who the hell Simon was when Sunny mentioned she had a chef. Of course she had a chef, with the size of her house she probably had three, and there was no doubt that Sunny would get lost trying to find the kitchens. She found herself idly wondering if the blonde girl could even make toast, or if she needed an employee to do that for her too. She caught herself in the unfair thought and chided herself. Alice was who she was because of how she'd been raised, surely the same could only be said for Sunny. And when she wasn't being mind bogglingly ignorant there was a good heart in her chest. She wanted to do the right thing, even up to the point of risking her life as a Hero. She might be near indestructible, but so was Alice, and both of them had come near death even only a few weeks ago.
Once they arrived on Sunny's expansive driveway she climbed out of the car with relief, trying to conceal her deep breath of fresh air. How Sunny didn't have a permanent breathing problem Alice would never know, maybe her field somehow repelled perfume but not oxygen so she genuinely didn't realise how pungent the scent was.
At least by the pool the cool breeze would hopefully keep the cloud dispersed, and Alice made a mental note to try and sit upwind of the celebrity superhero. She turned and moved out of the way as Alyson's car pulled up behind them. "So… lunch first?" | © seadra of gs |

Paladin Am I more than you bargained for yet? | Sunny had seemed hesitant at first, more about the nature of the dress than it's change in colour. Alice really hadn't expected to have seen such a reaction from the girl. After all, she was constantly at the centre of attention, she would have thought that she would enjoy showing off a little. Apparently not though, and perhaps it made sense. Gravity Girl was hardly a slutty looking Hero, she wore almost a full body suit, and that was mostly swathed in a voluminous cape on many occasions.
It seemed that Alice's concerns had come too soon however, as the blonde girl seemed to warm to the dress. Clearly the colour was still a hang up, but one that she could overlook for at least the one night that she would wear it. She was even getting excited enough to suggest things to go with it, lipstick, and eyeshadow. Alice was no big makeup person, but she would wear some for a night out, and she could definitely feel a trip to a makeup store coming on.
Alice took a step back and looked the blonde girl up and down in obvious disbelief. "You… don't do sexy?"
She knew that Gravity Girl seemed to be aimed more at younger girls than older ones, but she was undeniably attractive, with delicate features, long blonde hair, and the kind of figure Alice herself wished she had. Where Paladin was tall, small breasted and muscular, Gravity Girl was petite with undeniable curves. Alice was surprised to find herself jealous.
"You are like, gorgeous girl, now get into that fitting room and try this on."
She pushed the smaller girl in the direction of the fitting rooms, grabbing a few other things on the way. Briefly she debated whether this was wise, after all, the quicker they found an item for Sunny, the quicker Sunny would get to dress her up in turn. She wasn't sure how much she was looking forward to that…

Paladin Am I more than you bargained for yet? | Alice almost raised an eyebrow in disbelief when Alyson handed Sunny a bottle of perfume. Alice wouldn't have been surprised to find out if Sunny sweated the stuff, so thick was the cloud of scent that always surrounded her, and this girl was giving her more of the stuff? Did she have a built in gas mask or something? Fortunately Sunny didn't immediately thicken that same cloud by adding the scent. She'd probably have had to empty the bottle over her head to have any chance of overpowering what she was currently exuding.
At least both girls seemed happy enough to keep things out of the spotlight, and Aly was happy with it without asking too many questions, which was also important in this exact situation. Sunny was so happy that she had literally started to float with excitement, and it took her a moment to sink back down until her fleet were resting on the floor once more.
Then the conversation moved onto swimming, and Alice realised she was missing something crucial. "Ah, I uh… haven't got a swimsuit with me, can I maybe…" She hesitated, there was an obvious option here, but she wasn't sure she wanted to end up in a hot pink swimsuit. Not that she had much choice now that she had signalled her approval. "I might need to borrow a costume though? If that's OK?" It wouldn't fit very well, Alice was taller than Sunny, and had considerably less in the chest department, but she wasn't so different in size that it would make a huge issue, plus swimsuits stretched.
The prospect of returning to Sunny's car wasn't exactly a thrilling one, but that left the option of riding with Alyson or getting the bus. She didn't really know Alyson, and she really didn't want to sit in a smelly, creaking bus for another hour. Sunny might be a terrifying driver, but at least Alice would have nothing to fear in the (likely) event of an accident. | © seadra of gs |

Paladin Am I more than you bargained for yet? | Judging by the wardrobe Alice had seen in the house, she had no doubt that Sunny's last statement was entirely true. The girl obviously liked shopping, as long as the things she was shopping for were pink. Alice had never met someone so obsessed with a single colour in her life. Even the goths she'd went to school with had owned something in purple or blood red. Even if they never wore it. Sunny, on the other hand, was obsessed with pink, and Alice had no doubt that after wearing the outfit bought for her, she would immediately consign it to the furthest corner of her closet. Or burn it…
Not that such a reaction was being suggested, judging by the excited look on the blonde's face. Gazing around Forever 21, clearly Sunny was ready to shop, even if that shopping included an outfit that was more Alice's speed than hers.
Alice took a deep breath, she was probably going to need a lot of patience here. After all, Sunny wore her heart on her sleeve. It was extremely easy to tell when she was pleased with something and when she was upset, it might take a while to pick something out.
She made sure to avoid black, as that seemed too far away from Sunny's preferences to have any chance of getting the superhero into it. It wasn't that Alice was opposed to the colour pink, but Sunny definitely took it too far. Eventually she found something that look nice, and wasn't even too far from Sunny's favourite colour. The dress was red and bodycon, figure hugging. It would show off Sunny's figure, which was surprisingly trim despite the girl's apparent aversion to exercise.
Alice pulled it out and held it up. "How about this to start?"

Paladin Am I more than you bargained for yet? + @angelica | Paladin's approach of making herself the biggest threat on the battlefield clearly hadn't been effective. The meta hadn't quite ignored her, but he'd focused on damaging her saviour instead launching one of his strange boomerang energy balls in her direction. The blue haired Hero hadn't had a chance to intervene, and the bolt caught the wings of the angelic figure in mid-flight.
Instead of going to check if she was OK, Paladin focused on her real priority in this situation. Angel was a healer, Paladin was a warrior. Disasters, accidents, these were all situations that suited a Hero like Angel. Paladin did one thing, and she did it well. She kicked ass.
Naturally that was her focus now. Dust flew through the air as Paladin rocketed forwards, the motes spiralling wildly in the vacuum she left behind as she blasted towards her enemy. She'd seen him work, and the blaster seemed to need time to build up each fresh blast. If it came back he could send it out again straight away, but the energy seemed to dissipate once it made contact with a target.
That meant she had to get her hands on him before he could launch another bolt. Fortunately she could move a lot faster than he could. The man had been cradling his hands together, clearly summoning enough energy to release another blast. That strange flickering glow faded as Paladin drew closer however, the man dropping his hands and scrambling backwards in an attempt to get out of her way.
Paladin had learned since attempting to catch Punk however. She dropped one foot down, that single contact with the asphalt allowing her to absorb all the kinetic energy of her headlong flight and enabling her to turn on a dime and launch herself shoulder first into the man's stomach. Normally a woman Paladin's size would have had little impact on the tank-like blaster, despite the muscle packed onto her lithe frame.
Fortunately the costumed woman was anything but normal, amplifying the impact of her shoulder with stolen kinetic energy to deliver a blow that left the man doubled over and wheezing. Instinctively he tried to punch at his assailant, Paladin didn't even bother trying to block, absorbing the force of the impact and using it to juice up her next blow, this one into his shoulder.
She'd taken a shot from him herself, and seen the woman that came to her rescue go down from one of his blasts. She was in no mood to be merciful. The man screamed as the bones in his shoulder shattered. It definitely wouldn't be fatal, but it would be extremely painful and would take a long time to heal, not that it should be a concern to him at the moment. Paladin pushed a palm into his forehead, the blow, once again augmented by her ability, knocked his head back. Unconscious, and probably concussed, the heavy man collapsed backwards.
Paladin winced, putting a hand to her side and lifting it to discover that she'd started bleeding, whatever work Angel had done clearly hadn't been finished. Awkwardly and painfully she rolled the villain over, pulling his wrists behind his back and strapping them together with a zip tie.
Standing, she tapped her here, "Threats neutralised, several injured though, including me."
Propping the guy up against a chunk of rubble, she turned and walked gingerly over to where Angel was starting to clear the wounded out of the area. "Thanks Angel, I think you literally saved my life." | © seadra of gs |

Paladin Am I more than you bargained for yet? + @angelica | They were both still alive, and while Paladin could definitely feel the pain in her side, it felt more like a recent burn now than an actual hole. She'd been avoiding looking at it, not wanting so see how bad she'd been injured, but she did now. The skin was livid, raw and blistered, but even that was healing as she watched. She pushed the healer away, "I'm fine now, I can fight, there's people that need your healing more than me right now."
She heaved herself to her feet, wincing at the sting in her side. It was painful, but she could fight through it. Which was exactly what she intended to do right now. "I owe you big time. Just let me deal with this jerk first."
Taking a step forward, Paladin planted her foot against the side of the burning hulk that had once been a car. That comparatively light blow was amplified by her power and the vehicle exploded, it's structural integrity too compromised by the villain's blast. A good portion of it still went flying in her target's direction, shattering into dozens of pieces as it did so like a shotgun shell.
The hulking body builder took a dive coming back up peppered with small scratches and bleeding cuts. He looked angry, definitely angrier than he had been before, probably because his chance at being the one to take out Paladin was now vanishing rapidly over the horizon. He roared, "Stupid bitch" in the winged meta's direction, launching another blast.

Paladin Am I more than you bargained for yet? | Realising that it was now her cue to take a seat, Alice did so, inspecting the tablet that had been placed in front of what she could only guess was her seat. She started looking through, glancing up only once to catch the female agent, Elliott, staring at her. Maybe it was the same thing as Josh? Did she feel uncomfortable with a meta in the room perhaps. Or maybe she was a fan, Alice couldn't place it, but she had a nagging sensation that she had met this woman before.
At least she was distracted from that particular train of thought by the beginning of the briefing. Agent Rouse, the older man, drew their attention to the large screen at the front of the room, displaying an aerial photograph of what looked like an old industrial site. There were several large buildings, two of them connected by an external corridor. It didn't look in particularly bad repair, at least not judging by the satellite photos, and closer range photos that Rouse flicked through.
Rouse explained. "The whole site is registered to a dummy corporation by the name of Gregor Holdings, a shelf company that supposedly deals in various wholesale imports. Any records associated with the business are vague at best, and sketchy at worst. However, three phone calls were made on the morning of the attacks, all of them with Shaw & Pearce, the very same office that was attacked."
Alice scrolled down to another page, this one displaying the dates and times of those phone calls, although other information was suspiciously absent. Rouse continued "This might be a tenuous link but with how limited our leads have been we've had to start getting creative."
Alice hasn't had much trouble following along so far. She's had briefings with the Program before, but never been officially called upon for an assignment like this. She'd been quite excited for it, then momentarily concerned at the amount of information that seemed to be being thrown at her. Fortunately Rouse wasn't going too fast, perhaps out of deference to her relative inexperience in this setting.
"The problem, of course, is if this is directly linked to the attacks, they could have metahumans in there. The numbers of the group seem to be relatively limited, especially since we captured several of their members. That means there shouldn't be too much in terms of potential hostiles. Nonetheless, we needed a Hero to ensure we had someone who was prepared to deal with anything that might be thrown at them."
He turned towards the dark haired woman, Agent Elliott, and Alice looked at her two. At least she wasn't staring any more. "Agent Elliott has more information in terms of inhabitants and the interiors of the buildings."
Smiling, Alice turned her attention to the young woman.

Paladin Am I more than you bargained for yet? | Alice was in plain clothes for the briefing, black jeans, a t-shirt, a hoodie. It was about as smart as she normally dressed. She didn't even own a suit, although walking into the building had definitely made her wish that she did. Nothing she did normally required her wear smart dress, the closest she came to that was during public appearances, and her costume filled that particular hole in her wardrobe. It was the same for work, she just wore the costume. Even official occasions just required her to show up in costume.
She was momentarily relieved to see at least one other person in something that was not a suit, before she realised that it was not such a good thing. The man in question was being escorted into a room with a large mirror on the wall. As the door closed behind him she caught the glint of handcuffs about his wrists. Was that what she looked like in here? Like someone who would be leaving in the back of a prison van?
Another group of people dressed in dark suits passed, although this time only one of them gave her a sideways glance. A man, who seemed just as perplexed at why a nineteen-year-old might be wandering around this building as to why she wasn't in a suit. It wasn't until his eyes lit upon the plastic covered badge clipped to her neckline that he looked away, evidently satisfied that she wasn't attempting some kind of daring heist.
She almost wished she'd come in costume. That would have drawn looks too, but at least they wouldn't have been the suspicious ones she had garnered thus far. The man that was escorting her noticed her discomfort. "Don't worry, once you've been in and out a few times people will get used to seeing you."
He was young, though still several years her senior, and carrying a briefcase with peeling fake leather on one corner of it. He'd met her after security, a tedious affair of badge scanning, facial ID systems and metal detectors before they'd let her through. He'd made a comment about her not needing a gun in here anyway, not with who she was, and she'd smiled uncomfortably. He behaved in an odd way about her, not one that suggested he was a fan, or in awe, but one that suggested he was slightly uncomfortable with her presence. Like she didn't quite belong. Maybe he was right, this wasn't the kind of thing she'd signed up for.
Eventually they seemed to arrive, and the Josh, for he'd introduced himself at the front desk, raised a hand to greet an older woman who was coming the other way. She was tall, heavy set, and walked in such a way that suggested she was ready to pull a gun at any moment. Alice liked her in a way that she didn't like Josh however. The way she greeted her, stiff and formal, nonetheless felt like the way the woman greeted everyone.
"Miss Morrow, I am Director Chavez, it's a pleasure to meet you."
"And you Director."
The woman nodded, once again stiffly, then opened the door they were stood behind, showing the two of them into a briefing room. It was lit only by harsh white halogens, the windows covered by heavy dark blinds. Alice wished they weren't, maybe if she could see the outside she wouldn't feel so claustrophobic. This was starting to feel like one of the occasional meetings that would occur in the foster homes offices when she'd done something wrong or another family just hadn't quite clicked.
She looked around the room as the Director introduced the two people already here, not really taking them in. It looked exactly like she'd expected a briefing room to look like. Slightly soulless, like it was waiting for someone with personality to take up residence. Finally she focused on the two people already there, the clearly older man, Agent Rouse, and Agent Elliott. Relief bloomed as she realised that at least Agent Elliott wasn't dressed in a suit. Maybe that was why she seemed so different to everyone else. Though Alice was sure that she knew her from somewhere.

Paladin Am I more than you bargained for yet? + @angelica | Speaking hurt, so Paladin was relieved that the winged Hero that arrived didn't bother waiting for a response before she reached out, her hand beginning to glow. She nodded, teeth gritted, and rolled a little, exposing her wound to the woman so that she could reach more.
The experience was an unusual one, and not overly pleasant. It felt a little like the itching you experienced from a freshly healing scab, only amplified a thousand percent and crawling over the whole area of her wound like an ant colony had decided she was an excellent place to make a fresh anthill.
Groaning, the blue-haired Hero did her best to hold still and not attempt to tear the fresh scab from the wound. It took a great deal of her self-control to do so and she almost missed the shout of anger and the sizzling sound of an incoming energy bolt. Obviously the villain stalking her had noticed the winged Hero's arrival. They were still crouched behind the car, but those bolts had a hell of a kick, and right now the healer was between her and the vehicle.
She grunted, "Sorry" as she grabbed a hold of the woman's forearm, starting to pull kinetic energy through her a fraction of a second before the car was flung towards her winged back. It was just in time, and the now shattered hulk came to a dead stop as it hit the woman's feathers. Paladin released her forearm, hoping that her wound was healed enough now to let her fight properly.
She didn't want to have to do that again. She was immune to the effects of her own power, thankfully, but she'd been told it was extremely unpleasant, feeling your heart beating and the blood refusing to move, like being unable to breathe even when your lungs were working. "Am I good?"

Paladin Am I more than you bargained for yet? + @angelica | Paladin coughed. That one had hurt.
She hadn't seen the blast coming, or rather she had, but once it had flown by over her shoulder she thought it had just missed. Unfortunately it seemed that a particular quirk of this particular metas power meant that the damn energy balls came back. It had flipped around somewhere behind her and hit her below her chest on the way back.
It had melted straight through her costume and taken a hefty chunk out of her side as it had done so. That wound was now bleeding, heavily. She coughed again and groaned in pain, moaning as she tried to put pressure on the wound. The metas had been knocking over a bank. Why was it that every vaguely criminal person who developed abilities thought that robbing a bank was a good idea.
She'd downed two of them. Their brick hadn't even scratched her, the second meta had been some kind of metal controller, but she hadn't been too much trouble either, a few scratches, nothing more. Maybe if they'd been more of a challenge she'd have been more concerned about the blaster with the damn boomerang bolts. It had really hurt.
She heard a clinking, heavy boots moving through the collapsed construct the metal manipulator had been controlling. It could only be the blaster, a huge guy with steroid boosted muscles and a clear penchant for tank tops. His voice rang out, a laugh in his tone.
"Did I get you with that one Paladin?"
She couldn't blame the laugh, or the clear pride in his voice. It'd be a big deal to be the one to take her down. She was the face of the Hero Program. The most famous Hero in America. She could see a billboard with her face on it from here for god's sake.
She looked to the side in time to see the man's foot coming around the corner, followed by his sharklike grin. As he reached out a hand she kicked out, hitting the side of the car and loosing a blast from her feet. The energy bolt missed, at least it seemed good for one target. It blew a hole in the road where she had been lying. Meanwhile, having skidded across the asphalt on her back, she rolled awkwardly behind another car. It seemed his bolts were only good for one target before he had to recharge, which explained why he didn't just blow the obstacles out of the way.
Paladin tapped the bud in her ear. "I could really do with some backup here guys."

Paladin Am I more than you bargained for yet? | Punk was fast, but Paladin was faster. Obstacles barely even factored in when you could leap hundreds of feet in one go. Not that the vigilante had fallen that far behind anyway, she slid smoothly to a stop beside the blue haired Hero, definitely unnecessarily dramatically. Not that Paladin could talk, a lot of the reasons for her success were linked to unnecessarily dramatic moments. She had always wanted to be like the heroes in comic books.
She could almost feel the eye roll, but didn't rise to the bait. Despite the fact that they were ostensibly working together right now Punk still seemed determined to needle her. She was half surprised that she hadn't been accused of selling out yet.
The older woman talked quietly, her voice no longer amplified by the hi-tech looking mask she was wearing. Paladin really would have liked to know just where she had got it. She wondered what else it could do.
Punk going in first made sense, she was dressed in a darker costume, and had experience with moving stealthily. Paladin might be able to move quite literally silently, but that didn't make her costume any less visible. Besides, she really didn't want to get in an argument with the woman right now, it could only make things more complicated than they already were.
Reluctantly she tapped her knuckles against Punk's, then flung herself forward off the roof. She didn't want to hurt the guy if he turned out to be innocent, but she couldn't take the risk that he might raise the alarm, or be packing some sort of horrific ability. Her enhanced leap had carried her easily over the street, and she hit the wall of the building in total silence, her ability absorbing all of the kinetic energy of the impact. Her fingers found the edge of the windowsill and she hung for a fraction of a second before dropping, landing without a whisper behind the smoking man.
A quick hooked foot and a hand following his head to the ground made sure that the thug would be unconscious at least for a while. She dragged him around the corner and secured his hands behind his back with one of the zip ties she'd brought with her just for this purpose. Carrying handcuffs took up too much space.
She didn't bother waving at the rooftop opposite. No doubt Punk had already set about finding an alternative way into the building that didn't involve Paladin knocking a wall through.

Paladin Am I more than you bargained for yet? | Despite having just reduced a metahuman to unconsciousness, Aoi still found time to scold Paladin like a small child that had said a naughty word. The powerful Hero was near speechless. There really was no getting through to this woman. Her justification of her actions was annoyingly correct as well. Technically, Aoi had done everything right. She had given the boy clear instructions and warned him of the consequences. The fact that the way she had done it had probably scared the shit out of the poor kid didn't seem to matter to her.
Maybe if she'd been less confrontational then things wouldn't have happened the way that they did. A report might reflect that she had done the right thing, but Paladin might well be submitting her own notes on that report to clarify the exact situation. She kept silent though, now was not the time for an argument. It took some effort of will not to snap in response to the suggestion given by the taller Hero.
Tight-lipped, Paladin simply nodded, following as the winged Hero carried the unconscious young man out of the bank before standing and watching her fly off. The kid would likely have ended up with some sort of record regardless but having to be subdued by a Hero meant there was a good chance he would be sentenced to prison. Not that it made things any better. How did you imprison someone who could open a hole in the wall at will?
Shaking her head free of the thoughts of the last few minutes Paladin started back onto her patrol route, grateful to be doing it alone this time. She high-fived a young boy whose mouth was hanging open. He looked like he was seriously considering never washing his hand again. She gave him a grin over her shoulder as she strode away, but her heart wasn't in it…

Paladin Am I more than you bargained for yet? | Alice had cocked her head when Sunny turned towards her, wondering what was going through the other girls head. It clicked a moment later as Sunny offered an alternative to Alyson's plans. Sunny was worried about Alice! Her distinctive hair colour combined with Sunny's public identity as Gravity Girl would likely lead to people drawing parallels between the pink clad Heroines mysterious new friend and the similarly blue-haired face of the Hero Program. The hair style was growing more and more common these days, including the colour, but it would still be leaving just a few too many clues out to be comfortable with. Sunny might enjoy inescapable fame, but Alice liked being able to vanish into the background once she was done being Paladin.
She blinked in surprise as Sunny then mentioned spending the day out of the spotlight, that was almost entirely out of character. She'd had the blonde girl down as self-obsessed, vain brat almost from the moment she met her. Getting to know her had mellowed that opinion somewhat, but she hadn't expected such a dramatic change in attitude, even if the starlet did secretly have a heart of gold after all.
"I could go for a pedi, if you guys want to?"
Alice was not a 'girly-girl', she never had been, but that didn't mean she didn't occasionally enjoy the experience of a manicure and pedicure. It was nice to be pampered every once in a while, and after a year of being crammed into combat boots she probably desperately needed one.
"And the pool sounds fun too!"

Paladin Am I more than you bargained for yet? | Alice tensed up, and it was only through sheer force of will that she didn’t instantly absorb all of the kinetic energy in the car. Sunny had not just taken her eyes off the road, she’d leaned across the middle of the car to seize Alice in yet another eager hug. It hadn’t been the hug that had prompted such a reaction, but rather the brief period in which the car had been out of Sunny’s control.
Both of them were virtually indestructible, they wouldn’t be hurt in the slightest if they crashed, but it brought back unpleasant memories. She didn’t actually remember the car accident. What she remembered was waking up in hospital and being informed that she’d been technically dead. She’d received her abilities thanks to that accident. Still, that didn’t make the recollection pleasant.
She got her breath back once Sunny returned her attention to the road, sighing internally with relief. It seemed the mall wasn’t far from Sunny’s house it seemed, although that wasn’t exactly a surprise. Alice looked over at Sunny’s hopeful face. It was difficult to say no to that face, it definitely conjured up mental images of puppies when she pulled it. ”I guess we can find you some heels.”
Alice did actually own, and occasionally even wear heels, but only when she really wanted to impress, like when she met her boyfriend’s parents. They hadn’t been, but it hadn’t been for lack of effort on her part. The next part of the conversation would be harder though. ”Hot topic a lot, Forever 21, H&M, that kind of thing.”
Alice had been, for want of a better word, poor for a long time. She’d bought stuff that was cheap, and mostly re-worn stuff that she’d actually owned for years. Her fame and fortune hadn’t really changed that habit. At least not for clothes.
